What Are Skin & Beauty Wellness Treatments?
Skin and beauty wellness treatments are non-invasive, technology-driven self-care services, including light facials, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions and nutrient support, that are designed to support skin appearance, circulation and a healthy glow as part of a regular wellness routine.
At Degree Wellness, a modern wellness studio franchise, these services are offered together under one roof so you can build a self-care routine around your own skin goals rather than a single product.

What challenges brought you to Degree Wellness?
So I had a lot of issues with breakouts, just like continual breakouts, no matter what products I used, no matter how consistent I was with those products. Also like a lot of skin dullness. My skin just didn’t look like the healthiest that it could, and I noticed some like inflammation, a little bit of redness. So those were mainly the issues that I was having.
Tell us about your first Degree Wellness experience.
So the first time I came in for a light facial, I came to the studio, I had an appointment, which was super easy to make online, and I was greeted at the door by the friendliest staff member. I can’t remember her name. She was so nice and she took me back to my private suite, basically explained, you know, it would be 30 minutes, I could just lay back and relax. And that’s what I did. I just laid back and put in some headphones, listen to some music, trying to prepare for some cycle classes that week, and just listening to my playlist. And then 30 minutes later, it was over. It was super easy. I was able to just like take time for myself, and afterward my skin was already looking better.
What’s your current wellness routine?
So for the light facial, I like to come in twice a week, normally on my lunch break. It’s only 30 minutes, so it’s super easy coming in twice a week. I’ve definitely seen a difference in my skin. And then I also really enjoy the red light and infrared sauna, and I’ll kind of like pair those together, like do red light and then sauna, and those I really like to do after work, just because they’re so relaxing, and they’re easy to kind of do back to back and then go home and hang out the rest of the evening. I absolutely love the Glow Shot. It’s my secret for clear glowing skin. I started getting it after learning about glutathione’s detox and skin benefits, and now I’m hooked. I get it weekly and my skin has never looked better.
Why Degree Wellness?
So my first impression of Degree Wellness was just how beautiful the space is. So it’s very modern, very aesthetically pleasing, very clean, and I also noticed the staff. They’re always so nice, and they give you everything you need, they answer your questions. So every time I come in they give me, you know, a robe, a water, whatever I might need for my services, and it’s always such an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
How do you feel now?
So I’ve noticed I have much smoother, clearer skin. It’s a lot more consistent, so I don’t have to worry about waking up with a ton of breakouts, because now I have these services to rely on, and I’m just more confident. You know how it is, whenever your face looks better, like you just feel better, you’re more confident in everything that you do. And so that’s a huge bonus for me, is just that confidence piece.
Improve Your Glow Through Enhanced Circulation, Cellular Renewal and Skin-Nourishing Nutrients
When your skin isn’t getting the support it needs, even the best topical products can only do so much. True skin health depends on what’s happening beneath the surface – from cellular energy and circulation to detoxification and nutrient levels. When these systems are out of balance, your skin often shows it first.

Skin & Beauty Questions, Answered
What are skin and beauty wellness treatments?
Skin and beauty wellness treatments are non-invasive, technology-driven self-care services, including light facials, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions and nutrient support, that are designed to support skin appearance, circulation and a healthy glow as part of a regular wellness routine.
What is a light facial at Degree Wellness?
The Degree Wellness light facial is a 30-minute, non-invasive LED session that can be customized for acne or anti-aging goals. Many guests choose it to relax and support a healthy looking glow. A studio team member will walk you through the session before you begin.
Can infrared sauna be part of a skin and beauty routine?
Many guests include the 45-minute private infrared sauna suite in a skin and beauty routine for its soothing heat and relaxation. The suite includes luxury amenities such as a Vitamin-C shower. Results vary by person, and the session is intended to support general wellness rather than treat a skin condition.
What is the Glow Shot?
The Glow Shot is a glutathione injection on the Degree Wellness advanced nutrients menu, chosen by guests looking to support antioxidant defense and clearer, more radiant looking skin. Like every nutrient service, it is intended to support a wellness routine and is not a medical treatment.
Which Degree Wellness services support skin and beauty goals?
Degree Wellness offers a light facial, red light therapy and infrared sauna as its top three services for skin and beauty, along with two advanced nutrient options, the Beauty IV and the Glow Shot. All five are available in the studio, so guests can combine them into one self-care routine.
How does red light therapy fit into a skin care routine?
Red light therapy at Degree Wellness uses two full-length red light walls in a 15-minute session. Guests often add it to a routine alongside a light facial or infrared sauna to support skin appearance. It is a self-care service and is not a substitute for medical skin care.
What is the Beauty IV?
The Beauty IV is a targeted blend of vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids offered through the Degree Wellness advanced nutrients menu. It is designed to support skin hydration and a healthy, radiant glow from within. Guests should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any IV vitamin service.
How often should I book skin and beauty services?
Frequency depends on your goals, your schedule and which services you combine. Many guests start with one service and build from there. Your local Degree Wellness studio can recommend a cadence and confirm current session options, memberships and packages for that location.
Degree Wellness services are designed to support general wellness and self-care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Guests should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness therapy.
