Your first session is $20. After that, single sessions are $50 and memberships run $69 to $269 per month: Core is $69 for 2 sessions, Premier is $165 for 8 sessions, and Unlimited is $269 for unlimited sessions. Can I bring a friend to my cryotherapy session?
Yes. Our cryotherapy chamber fits two people comfortably and safely, so a friend can join your session for an extra $20, or $15 if you're a member. Bring a Friend is also available for Contrast Therapy and Infrared Sauna.
What should I wear or bring to my first cryotherapy visit?
Nothing special. We provide a robe, socks, slippers, gloves and a headband, and you keep your underwear or swimwear on. Arrive dry, remove jewelry, and plan on about 10 minutes door to door for a first visit.
Is cryotherapy safe? Who should not do it?
Sessions are short, the chamber is all-electric with no liquid nitrogen in the suite, and a trained Wellness Associate guides every visit. Cryotherapy is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cold-related conditions such as Raynaud's, or certain heart or circulatory conditions. If you are unsure, check with your physician before booking.
How often should I do cryotherapy?
