Cryotherapy Benefits

Detox & Immunity

The cold temperature of the cryotherapy chamber boosts immunity by stimulating increased production of white blood cells, which help your body fight off infections.

Mood & De‑Stress

Exposure to extreme cold triggers the release of endorphins and norepinephrine, elevating mood, sharpening focus, and building stress resilience.

Metabolism

Burn 300-500 calories per cryotherapy session thanks to the increase in metabolism from cold-induced thermogenesis. Embrace the shiver!
